Types of Data Collected

Personal Data

If you sign up for an individual account then this is based on your email address and this will be saved in our database. In the course of the use of the software what you will enter is typically information about different instincts and “states of being” (such as emotions, their intensities, and durations) that you experience individually, or in the context of working with a team, why you think these states arise, and possible ways to productively manage them.

Team Data

When you use our Services you are generally, though not necessarily, providing input into what you are experiencing in the context of a team. It is also possible to set up an individual account for any of the tools.

Note though that an individual account will never be tied to a team account. Further, all team names are agreed on outside the context of this Service and only appear in our Service as per the agreement. There are never any email-addresses that are asked for or saved relative to team accounts. The team name cannot be changed or edited in any of the front-end user-facing tools provided by our Service.

Further, the only information being collected that relates to teams is identified in the previous section on Anonymous Personal Data. Anonymous personal entries for a team are aggregated to provide insight into what may be happening in a team.
